Compared to traditional chemical corrosion method, the laser edge isolation is cleaner and more environment-protective, and also features higher speed, simpler operation, lower cost and higher pass-rate. The machine can efficiently improve Ef (conversion efficiency) & FF (fill factor) of the silicon solar cell. It adopts US-imported high-quality diode-pumped laser system and Germany-imported high-accuracy scanning system, with compact design and lifelong free of maintenance.
