Automatic Film Solar Cell Laser Scribing Machine is developed by Yuemao laser for thin-film solar cell , is a key part of the solar cell product line. Four laser systems included in this line, which are TCO film laser scribing system, the SI film laser scribing system made by PEVCD, the back contact AL film laser scribing system and laser edge isolation and cleaning system. With the high integration, the whole system is run and controlled automatically.
